As Bilge Hospital, we work diligently every year to restore the health of thousands of individuals, basing our dynamic healthcare approach on patient-centered practices. Our primary goal is to ensure absolute patient satisfaction and carefully plan each step according to the needs of our patients.

Patient satisfaction is a crucial concept for us, and this satisfaction begins from the moment our patients contact us to schedule an appointment. In our hospital, the reception, diagnosis, and treatment processes are considered as a whole, consisting of consecutive stages.

The key phrase in this understanding of satisfaction is the delivery of quality service. Therefore, everyone from our medical units to the Patient Rights Unit, from the Quality Department to all administrative units, works together to contribute to this goal.

When faced with requests, our focus is not on "why it cannot be done" but rather on "how," "to what extent," and "in what manner" it can be done. Meeting the needs of our patients and their relatives, such as examinations, tests, diagnoses, treatments, meals, cleanliness, security, parking, and hospital navigation, is always our top priority.
